Unfortunately, generating leads or enquiries is often the most expensive part of any business’s growth. That’s why it’s important to transform your existing marketing tactics and strategies before doing anything else.

Let’s look at the seven steps on how you put together your optimum lead generation plan
Step 1: Existing Marketing Optimisation
If you haven’t done so already, make sure you’ve optimised and transformed your existing Lead Generation tactics and strategies. This will enable you to get quick increases in leads without any extra expense.
Step 2: Create and Adhere To Your Action Plan
When you know the target ideal customer and you have an optimised lead generation tactic (or ideally more than 1) You create your ‘ACCELERATE Plan’
Now simply follow the plan.
Step 3: Budget Planning
Before you create any additional Lead Generation Marketing Pieces you must first look at the extra costs that each one will incur. Make sure your cash flow can support any initial extra spend.
IMPORTANT NOTE
If you have created a ‘loss-leader offer’ you must pay even more attention to your cash flow. Remember, your goal when using a loss-leader offer is to get into profit as soon as you can with each customer.
Step 4: Create & Activate At Least 6 Lead Generation Tactics & Strategies
Remember, budget and cash-flow allowing, it is essential that you have at least 6 Lead Generation tactics and strategies working for you at any one time – but the more, the better!
Step 5: Simultaneously Apply Your Tactics & Strategies
It is also important to apply as many Lead Generation tactics and strategies together rather than sequentially. Massive action is important and tests have proved that using multiple media (online and offline!) increases results.
Step 6: Monitor, Test & Improve
Once your Lead Generation tactics and strategies are activated you can measure, test and improve the results of each one.
Step 7: Keep Your Successful Lead generation tactics & Strategies Running Continuously
Once you know which Lead Generation tactics and strategies are successful, your primary objective is to simply keep them running.
