Last time we spoke about how to add value to your customers. Here are four more ways to add value
Understanding your lead or prospect is the key to adding value.
You need to know your customers in order to add the relevant definition of value to improve their customer journey and experience. You should always look to add value because if you’re not, all you’re really doing is talking about yourself.
Even your most loyal and valuable customer doesn’t want to hear you talking about yourself. They want to hear about themselves and all the great stuff they can have, do or get involved in.
Improve the buying process
Value can exist outside of your product or service. Find ways you can make it easier for customers to buy your company's offerings. If you’re still not online - consider establishing an online purchasing option so leads , prospects and customers can browse your goods even if they're not available locally. Try to provide incentives for leads, prospects and customers such as free shipping, fast delivery, responsive customer service and easy return policies.
Get feedback
The best way to learn what your leads, prospects and customers find valuable is to ask. Feedback and suggestions can help you improve your offerings and maximize the value of your products or services. Consider sending out surveys, asking for reviews and making it easy for lrads prospects and customers to contact you. Learning what your leads, prospects and customers think about your service can help you enhance features they enjoy and improve upon those that aren't receiving the desired results.
Educate leads, prospects and customers
Ensure your leads, prospects and customers are getting the most value out of your product or service by providing resources they can use to educate themselves on all it offers. Demonstrations, tutorials, webinars, FAQ pages on your website and responsive customer service can help your customers understand your product or service and maximize its use.
